Kraft Football Academy may store your personal information in hard copy, in electronic form, on electronic devices or on computer databases. Kraft Football Academy will not share this information with any other party without a parent/guardian’s consent.
During all such times that you or your child are on Kraft Football Academy premises, both your property and your person shall be at your own risk and you will not hold Kraft Football Academy or staff liable for any personal injury or loss of property, whether by the negligence of the Academy or its servant agent.
If you are aware of any personal health problems, we urge you to see your doctor before using our facility. We strongly advise that you do not bring valuables to training. You hereby indemnify and shall keep indemnified the Academy from any liability for all actions, suits, accounts and demands for any personal injury or loss of property arising or in any way connected with your use of the facilities (in such claims), including any such claims caused or contributed to by the negligence of the Academy, its servants or agents.
You provide the aforementioned indemnity with the knowledge of and in recognition of the possibility of injury or other dangers connected with any form of physical activity including activity usually undertaken at the Academy.
I understand Kraft Football Academy may use my child’s photograph for the following:
Media releases, media articles – including newspapers, radio, television – printed publications and/or educational material.
Electronic publications and communications such as the Academy’s Facebook site and/or Instagram
I agree that my child’s name and identity may be revealed in descriptive text or commentary in connection with the image(s).
I authorize the use of these images without compensation to me. All negatives, prints, and digital reproductions shall be the property of Kraft Football Academy.
I have read and understand Kraft Football Academy's Privacy Policy, Liability Waiver, Code of Conduct, Photography and Media policies, Payment Policy, and Consent for Medical Treatment, and generally support the ethos and philosophy of the Academy relating to a safe, supportive and encouraging environment for children that is inclusive of and fair to all.
At Kraft Football Academy, the safety and experience of our players come first.
In the event of class cancellations due to bad weather, venue issues, or unexpected circumstances, we will offer make-up sessions where possible.
Please note:
A maximum of two (2) make-up classes can be offered per term.
Make-up sessions may be scheduled on an alternative day or added to an existing session.
No refunds are provided for missed sessions or cancellations outside of our control.
